Are your QuickBooks classes hands-on?
Yes. You should have some basic
computer literacy skills if you will be using a computer in class. The
course lessons will move fairly quickly to get to all the material. The
computer will provide you with a way to follow the instruction and give
you a hands-on familiarity with the keystrokes and provide a level of comfort
with the program; but due to time constraints we will be limited to how
much detail will be provided for your specific company. A computer is not
necessary to attending the class.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your laptop loaded with your
QuickBooks Program and any working company file you may have. Bring any
records you have regarding the course subject matter, such as bank or credit
card statements, invoices, bills, etc…these items are optional and are
not necessary to attending the class.
What if I don’t have a laptop?
A computer is not necessary to attending
the class. If you don’t have a computer, we can provide one for you (pc)
for a small setup fee, or you can simply take notes. Student handouts will
be provided that will show screen shots of the lessons for easy reference.
Which version of QuickBooks do
you teach?
The most current version of the
software will be taught. However, you will receive student handouts based
on your version. All versions work basically the same with slight differences
so the techniques you learn will not be wasted.
Will there be time for my questions?
If you have specific questions regarding
the course subject, be prepared to have them ready, there will be time
to discuss any questions you have.
Will there be any breaks?
Class time’s vary but will allow
for a 15-minute break. Snacks, espresso, tea and water will be available.
Can I pay for the QuickBooks class
at the door?
Yes, providing there is space available.
If you want to confirm your seating, you should prepay using a check or
credit card, or make arrangement to drop off cash payment in advance of
class. Please be aware class sizes are small, so there will be limited
availability.
I need help right now… and your
class is several weeks away. Can you provide me with QuickBooks training
right now?
Yes! You can schedule a private
session for training. Please call to arrange.
I would like to attend the class
with a partner, are their discounts available?
Yes, there are specials available
for multiple students from the same company. In addition, private sessions
can be arranged specifically tailored for your company. Please call for
more information.

class time to register and setup your computer.
